You'll work closely with our Showroom Manager and sales team, supporting the full spectrum of showroom operations during market weeks and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in maintaining showroom presentation, including steaming, organizing, and unpacking/packing sample collections.
• Greet and assist buyers and retail clients during appointments and market weeks.
• Take notes on styles that buyers have pulled during appointments.
• Merchandise racks and help keep showroom looking neat and organized.
• Help manage sample tracking and inventory organization.
• Assist with the shipping, receiving, and packing of seasonal collections and office supplies.
• CRM maintenance.
• Store outreach as directed by the sales team.
• Help coordinate appointment scheduling and showroom logistics during market.
• Physical requirements: Candidates must be comfortable standing on their feet for extended periods of time, performing physical labor, and lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs. This is an active, on-your-feet role — not a desk position.
